You will be expected to be passionate and engaged in providing an exceptional guest experience at all times at as many ballpark events as possible. You’ll work closely with the other event staff groups within the Giants Ballpark Operations team. The San Francisco Giants are looking for Guest Services Ushers to join the Guest Services team, where you will have the unique opportunity to be responsible for providing a safe and memorable service to all guests at Oracle Park events. You will enjoy being part of an iconic franchise in the Sports world and get to experience a company that believes in small teams for maximum impact that strives to balance work and home life, that understands that this is a marathon, not a sprint that continuously and purposefully builds an inclusive culture where everyone is able to do and be the best version of themselves. The primary purpose of this team is to be courteous and helpful at all times while upholding Oracle Park policies and procedures. This can include scanning tickets, directing guests to their seats, answering questions, as well as observing, reporting, and supporting the Security and Maintenance event staff teams in a variety of different situations. The Guest Services event staff team act as hosts to assist Oracle Park guests during any ballpark event.
